WETS at TORQUAY 2006

WETS had a stand at this prestigious event manned over the two day period by members of WETS. Many thanks to all who helped out prior to, during and after the event.

Quite a number of WETS Members also had competitive entries in the Thematic and Social History Classes all gained high marks, well done. The Social History class saw a WETS member gaining the highest marks.

We were delighted at the interest shown by visitors to the show in WETS and specifically in joining WETS, this could see WETS extending its membership territory to anywhere south of Birmingham and West of Reading.

Our WETS Vice Chairman created and maintained the Torquay 2006 website and as a result was asked and has created the new BTA website.

Our literature created for Torquay 2006 was on the theme We Enjoy Telling Stories which seemed to strike a cord with prospective members.
